Review: Date Finished: August 12, 2011 Claire LaZebnik’s debut YA novel, Epic Fail, is a delightful, modern take on Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen which is one of my all time favorites Lazebnik did a really great job at setting with new comers Elise and her 3 other sisters. I really loved how she got together Chase Benton and her sister, but the real story is Elise and Derek's love story that unfolds before us in this great story that could bring us back to the time of the great Jane Austen. Epic Fail won't let you down. Reading this great novel, shows that people will love you just the way you are. The whole novel is like Pride and Prejudice which I liked, it kinda went like the story but more modern. With Elise and Derek in high school, how they meet, love/hate relationship (at first) but then grows into something more! Review: I read this in 2 days. It wasnt to bad, but I was a little bored through most of the novel. I read this after reading the Unbecoming of Mara Dyer which I thought was way better. Thea is a junior in High School when she meets Will and senior. They fall in love, she accidentally gets pregnant when Will is at college. She has baby, Will and Thea fall apart after little accident with the baby. Thea has talent crocheting/ making bathing suits. and so on. I thought it would be a better. Overall not the best read ever, more boring, it is a like a normal teenage pregnancy thing that happens everyday, but this book was just boring. This is a short review!
