Did you base any of the characters on people in your life in Things I Can't Forget? I did not, but I will admit that I stole Matt’s appearance from a very c ute frat guy I knew in college! . Fa vorite character to write about ? My favorite all-time character to write about is Sam Henry. I myself never know when he’s going to show up or what he’s going to do in any of my books. There’s a scene in STEALING PARKER where they’re on the bus and Sam Henry starts talking about a very inappropriate object he found in the school parking lot. I’ll give you a hint – it is like “Bilbo” only with Ds.
