Inbetween by Tara Fuller Blog Tour

Blurb
Since the car crash that took her father’s life two years ago, Emma’s life has been a freaky—and unending—lesson in caution. Surviving “accidents” has taken priority over being a normal seventeen-year-old, so Emma spends her days taking pictures of life instead of living it. Falling in love with a boy was never part of the plan. Falling for a reaper who makes her chest ache and her head spin? Not an option.

It’s not easy being dead especially for a reaper in love with a girl fate has put on his list not once, but twice. Finn’s fellow reapers give him hell about spending time with Emma, but Finn couldn’t let her die before, and he’s not about to let her die now. He will protect the girl he loves from the evil he accidentally unleashed, even if it means sacrificing the only thing he has left...his soul.

Author Bio (Spotlight)

Tara Fuller writes novels; some about grim reapers and some about witches. All of course are delightfully full of teen angst and kissing. Tara grew up in a one stop light town in Oklahoma where once upon a time she stayed up with a flash light reading RL Stine novels and only dreamed of becoming a writer. She has a slight obsession with music and a shameless addiction for zombie fiction, Mystery Science Theater, and black and white mochas. Tara no longer lives in a one stop light town. Now she lives with her family in a slightly larger town in North Carolina where they have at least three stoplights.

Sneak Peek!

"This was never going to get easier. Two years of watching her through the invisible barrier of Balthazar’s rules was really starting to suck. Especially when every time I blinked, another piece of Allison was breaking through the surface." (page 14)

Review:

As I have previously said Entangled has done it again with this amazing release of Tara Fuller's novel Inbetween because it was amazing!! I loved the chemistry between Finn and Emma!! I found it to be funny and an overall fun read! Its a addicting book that you will be breezing through the pages. It has a lot of information which I would have to re-read a second time because of how fast it was going.

The story is set in our world, as well as in a parallel to this world called the Inbetween (the place between Heaven and Hell) normally where spirits hang in the balance, and it was really great to see the characters in this place. I really liked the dual personality since I do like the male POVs because they do provide insight of what Emma and Finn are thinking. Their connection is strong and after an encounter they have the bond between them after Emma leaves for father which reminds Finn of his life. Finn is a reaper, and it also brings Emma harm because of what he does once he finds out who Emma is.

I think the characters were developed nicely and as I was reading you find that Emma is like the damsel in distress. Emma's character is sneak, always discovering some things that Finn is hiding from her, she was funny, but the action or attempts on Emma was really picking up which made the book even better!

I love a good romance and cute but in reality there cannot be a romance for Emma and Finn :( because he is a reaper who is not able to develop feelings for Emma. Finn's friends Easton of Hells and Anaya (Heaven) convince him that its a waste of time and pain. He would do anything to be with Emma.

I really enjoyed the read because its a different topic that is not normally found in books, but it was really a great read which is definitely one I would recommend! If you are a big fan of Entangled books this one is for you!! Its gives insight to ghosts, reapers, heaven, and hell. Since this is a series I will for sure pick up the next one!!
