The King must have his Queen....

Bestowed the forbidden Summer’s Kiss by the King of the Summer fae, Brighton Jussier is no longer just human. What she is, what she will become, no one knows for sure, but that isn’t her biggest concern at the moment. Now Caden, the King, refuses to let her go, even at the cost of his Court. When the doorway to the Otherworld is breached, both Brighton and Caden must do the unthinkable—not just to survive themselves, but also to save mankind from the evil that threatens the world.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it’s an introduction to an author’s world. And for fans, it’s a bonus book in the author’s series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

Review:

What an amazing read The Queen was because I wish there were more pages!! Another word after reading this book is speechless. Now to my review.  I loved how it picked up right where The King left off because we found out what is going on with Brighton and her visit to the doctor. From the first page I couldn't put it down! I have loved reading the Wicked Trilogy so much that to see the end of Caden's and Brighton's story come to an end. Jen did a great job closing the novella's.

I would say Brighton has grown so much as a character throughout the entire three novella's. Her character is so kick-a** both physically and emotionally. There were times that you would wish she told Caden the truth but as you read the series you would understand why. The Queen was amazing and so action packed and Caden is just as swoony. Plus the ending was perfect! I loved seeing Caden's world and I do hope we get to see more of the fae world. Also, Tink was hilarious as always!

Overall, this series is a must read! I do believe that you should read the Wicked series before starting to get a little more background of the characters! The epilogue was the perfect way to end it in Caden's voice and ended it on a beautiful note. Thank you Jen for allowing me to follow your series from beginning to end, now to write Tink's novella! Also can't wait to watch the Wicked movie on Passionflix!!
