WOW. OMG. Am still in shock with this book! I couldn't stop reading it. Skye is a great protagonist in this novel, and was developed beautifully. All of the other main characters like Asher (YUM, HOT) and Devin were all interesting characters. A Beautiful Dark had just had a great plot, I was soo excited to read this book!!! As you can see am still in shock with the entire novel.

This book will be one of those books that will keep you in suspense at some parts, and in curiosity to know more of the background. There was romance which I like, and could read a lot of, but Davies does it beautifully with a get to know you relationship with Skye, Asher and Devin. It had tons of action, romance and stories that will let you create a world that Davies has created for her readers. Angels are the main topic in the novel, but Davies does incorporate them well. The whole "origin story" really drew me in and made the reader want to know more about what is going on with Skye at this time with the Angel myth that was provided.

I am still torn after reading, from Asher and Devin. I couldn't pick one either if I was Skye. Asher is the funny one and likes a good time, but as the same time he is very protective, and takes care of the people he "likes". Compared to Devin who is the serious one, and has to follow rules. They are both HOT looking boys, and it then creates a love triangle which forms between them. They are what the story brings together. The more you get to know them the harder it is to let them go. This is one book I recommend people to read when it comes out on Sept. 27, 2011 because its the perfect book to read on a rainy day. I know I will be picking this up for my shelf when it comes out! I hope that there is a sequel to this, because it cannot end like that, I want to know MORE!! I overall loved it!!
 A Beautiful Dark will leave you with a romance forbidden, drama, and even battles amongst the two groups.

Summary:
