I really liked how this book sounded which got me interested in reading this book. Brooke has been tortured and the person who did this had to do what he did. New upcoming author Eve Devon wrote this book very well and it definitely creeped me out. It was romantic and it will always keep you on your toes.
Brooke is a very interesting character as well because she spent 5 years getting over a passed trauma of being kept captive by a stalker. Brooke Bennett has live full of music until this trauma where her stalker kidnapped her and tattooed her. This is a bit scary and terrifying. Brooke is the main character where she struggles with memories and struggles to live a normal life when Cameron appears telling her bad news: that her crazy madman was released. Now on to Cameron who is our very sexy bodyguard, who serves and protects people. He is determined to protect Brooke, he is professional, polite. But he also protects his heart until Brooke, also from her stalker. Andre Spinks has lived in a different world, and in his mind he used Brooke's body as a piece of artwork (living) He is our crazy character. Eve Devon did a great job presenting all this information.
In this action, romance and suspense of how being able to create this amazing characters. I don't normally read mystery and suspense this changed my mind. The Waiting Game will take you on a rollercoaster. does need some fixing but overall it was good.
